Hoskinson Contracting transformed the safety landscape of Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic’s main clinic location, helping them prioritize the well-being of patients during harsh winter conditions. This project ensures that the parking lot will never ice over, guaranteeing safe access for patients and staff. Leveraging our expertise in geothermal aquifer heating and cooling, we executed a creative solution. We retrofitted a 40-ft conex railcar to fire up the system specifically for winter, creating a reliable and efficient snowmelt mechanism. The success of this innovative approach not only safeguarded patients in icy weather but also paved the way for the Phase II build of the Clinic.
